Most of the staff members were great housekeeping was iffy. Some days the room was cleaned and tidied some days nothing much was done and the bed was not made. Fairly quiet shops around but they have odd opening and closing times. Great restaurant attached to the hotel open for lunch and dinner you can get room service from there to your room which is great affordable and delicious. Hotel breakfast was good nice coffee tea pastries fruit eggs etc. We felt safe and loved the ability to walk around easily. Would stay again.

Hotel looks old dated needs refresh would never stay again or recommend it for price half board food was okay it’s hot they left windows open and ac on which is abit strange on arrival. From front to Receptiona dm rooms restaurant t all needs updating refreshing.

They gave me a room the was directly on the highway at street level, very noisy. Also, AC in the room barely worked and did not dehumidifier, I was drenched!

Room was tired but ok - as was the rest of the hotel. Receptionist was unhelpful and vague. Went down for breakfast on the second day and there was not one clean table, all the food was gone, the coffee machine was not working. I could understand if this was right at the end of the breakfast service, but this was 7.30 in the morning.

Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel

I stayed for 5 nights. On my first night I had a COLD shower. Thought it might just be late in the day and tomorrow morning there will be hot water. The next morning same thing no hot water. Call up reception only to tell me that hot water works on a first come first served basis so who ever wakes up early will get water. just ridiculous. I moved rooms as they thought it was my shower. New room has warmer water but can't say it was hot. I didn't have to adjust the temperature. overall a disappointing stay. The staff were rude Alda in particular. Hardly spoke English and didn't even try to understand you. Walked away from me at one point as she was mid doing something. Found her especially rude. I will not be staying here again.

No Air Conditioning

Everything was fine except there was no air conditioning. I do not mean not working well, it was broken and a sign at check in said there was no air conditioning in the whole hotel. This was at the end of August and it was hot. I was told to just open up a window which tilted open all of about 3 inches. The climate in the room was very warm and stuffy. I had to sleep on top of the covers. After staying there I looked at the reviews and this has been a long term issue. Yet they advertise on Expedia that they have air conditioning. I barley tolerated it with a provided fan, but had it not been so late in the evening I would have found another room somewhere else and demanded my money back From Expedia for breach of contract. It is inexcusable that I was not notified of this situation. This is my first booking with Expedia and unless they refund me it will be my last.
