This former barn, carefully renovated, combines authentic charm with modern comfort. Transformed by an architect, it was designed to welcome families in a warm, functional setting. Spacious interiors, quality materials, and a friendly atmosphere await you.



The home centers around a large 50 m² living area that opens directly onto the terrace. The open-plan space brings together the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a bright, inviting place ideal for sharing time with family or friends. On this level, you’ll also find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with WC for your comfort and convenience. Upstairs, the mezzanine leads to three more bedrooms and a second bathroom with WC, perfect for group stays.



There are three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with three single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably accommodating both children and adults.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented for an additional fee through the concierge after booking.



You’ll have access to the entire house, the outdoor terrace, balcony, and a large orchard of over 1,000 m² in front of the house. Depending on the season, enjoy the garden and pick plums or apples freely.



For your leisure, many activities are available year-round: alpine skiing at Margériaz–Les Aillons, cross-country skiing at La Féclaz, hiking from many nearby trails with access to mountain huts for the adventurous. Thrill-seekers can also try aerial sports like hang gliding, gliding, or skydiving, horseback riding, or via ferrata. An ideal setting for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.
