Nice but noisy when you are trying to sleep

Rooms were nice as they have just been renovated. It was noisy, you could hear other guests talking and kids yelling in their room. A lot of outside noise also.

No Help Hotel

We were turned away. I looked on line and I didnt see that hotel was not pet friendly. They couldn't help me find another hotel nor could they help me with canceling my reservation. So, I had to drive an additional 3 hours with my handicapped husband. If Hotels.com wants my business they need to do business with hotels that can communicate with them and will try to help in situations like this. Please do not charge me for this .

They are under renovation at this time, according to the front desk staff they should finish by May or June. It was what we needed for the weekend.

It is not best to be remodeling while you are hosting guest. The elevator was very slow and the construction workers were using the same elevators. They need brighter lights in the bathroom and in the lamps. I tried to do some work, but lamp was too dim.
