The bathtub didn't drain. You stood in water while taking your shower. The air didn't work so the room was quite warm. The breakfast didn't have much of a choice.

It was a quiet place but who ever was the room above or beside us was smoking marijuana and we could smell it clearly in our room very unpleasant smell! Also the breakfast was very limited lots of carbs and sugary foods fruit cups are not as healthy as most think they are still loaded with sugar

I did not have their breakfast because it was only cold to-go items. There was a gaping hole in the wall by the AC unit in the room, the shower floor grout was horrible and a bit dirty so I did not use it, and there was no coffeemaker. I could not get the WiFi to work, and I killed at least three bugs in the room. I hesitated to stay and had I not been so exhausted from driving all day, I would have gone to another hotel. The hotel staff were friendly.

Staff was helpful and kind. The first room we entered had dirt/dead bug on the floor near the door. Worse was we noted several hairs in the bed sheets. We switched to another rim but key card wouldn’t work. The third room was fine, but the process took about an hour. Late in the night when we started the heater, smoke came out and the smoke alarm went off. This stopped when we turned off the heat.

It was not a nice motel at all. It felt unsafe and was noisy. There was a group of guests who were on the second floor balcony in there chairs drinking, smoking , and making lots of noise. It made us feel quite unsafe. I did not have a good night's sleep because of it. In spite of that, the staff was very nice & efficient.
