Suite was well equipped and comfortable; Breakfast area had pleasant seating area and well-run kitchen/buffet.
Finally, a room with two luggage racks - and a night light in the bathrooom!
Only complaint were the pillows! I should have asked for another pillow cause one didn’t cut it. And that one pillow had nothing to it! Woke up with a painful neck and back. Other than the pillows everything was pretty good.
Great place to stay. We stayed 5 nights. Relaxing, quiet, comfortable beds. I liked that the room had microwave, fridge, kitchen dishes ! Maid service was great.
The hotel was nice. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre but there were several restaurants around the hotel. Check in could have been better. The desk receptionist, Catrenna, may need to review some of the training on customer service, her attitude was not welcoming at all. Maybe she needs to be on night shift where she doesnt have to deal with many, if any, customers. Day shift may not be her best time of day.
