This hotel was clean and well maintained. It is an older 2 story motel that has been updated. The breakfast was an expanded continental breakfast that filled us up. Tasty. We didn't use the pool because it was cool when we were there. Our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We loved having a patio on the ground floor that we could sit out on in the evening. We could hear the coyotes howling at times. Cool!. The location was not too far from food and gas stations. It was quiet & serene there. It was close to the Ash Mountain entrance to Sequoia NP- about 8 minutes.

We traveled with 2 adults + 3 kids to Kings Canyon & Sequoia's. The motel had clean rooms, air conditioning, parking, complementary breakfast & kind staff. The property is older, but maintained with room updates. Location is great for driving to the national parks. It's right next to the river and lake, which is an amenity of its own.
