We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The bathroom fan wasn’t working, the washroom drain was clogged, the pool was unavailable because of a party, the hallway was smelly, the floor was dirty, and the noise from kids in the room next to us and even in the hallway was so loud that we couldn’t sleep after a long trip. The front desk staff was not helpful. We’ll never stay here again.

No a/c, staff friendly and helpful, lots of unsavory people in the area, police were in attendance twice during our stay. It was cool when we stayed, not sure what you would do if it was hot outside, we were able to open the window at night to cool off

We like to stay at this hotel for the pool, hot tub and slide. We were told the slide closes for “15 minutes every hour” but it was longer and the hot tub was closed.

This is a lovely inn and conference centre. Easy to find and lots of parking. Staff were very friendly and kind, despite being very busy. The rooms were AMAZING! Love this place. ☺️☺️

Our room was a sauna. They couldn’t fix the problem. Was supposed to bring a fan. Never showed up. The parking lots were full of people. Didn’t even feel secure leaving anything in the rental.

The hotel has a good location and clean rooms, but there were a few downsides. My room was a bit noisy—I could hear hallway chatter, which made it hard to relax. Also, the building only has one elevator, so there were often waits, especially during peak times. It’s not terrible, but these issues made my stay less comfortable than expected.

As expected

Rooms are well designed and set-up. Very busy with families in the early evening but quiet by bedtime. Beautiful pool and decent fitness room. Ten minutes to the airport.
