The waterslide was down due to "unforeseen maintenance" during our one night stay. We booked specifically for the slide, so this was a huge disappointment for our family. When I asked about compensation at check out, I was told there was none. I had paid to upgrade to a "poolside" room, and was given room 152, which is tucked back in a far corner, underneath a set of stairs. There was no patio area like the other rooms and did not have a view of the pool. The pool area solarium had been taken over by kids playing mini sticks, using all the tables and chairs for nets. Balls were flying everywhere, including into the pool, and there was no where for anyone to sit and supervise their swimmers (unless you had a patio outside your poolside room). The room was newly renovated and clean, however we heard every word our neighbors and anyone in the hallway had to say. We were very excited for this stay, and left highly disappointed. I've responded to their text asking for a rating with this same review and did not receive a response.

Room was so hot, it was unbearable. Apparently the room is centrally heated as the temperature outside gets colder. So we had no control of the heat. They gave us a fan, luckily it was so loud that it drowned out the noise from the pool next to us. Not impressed.

Nice hotel. Only complaint is that if you want to get a coffee in the morning you have to go to their restaurant. I paid for a coffee to go and it was $4 for a 6oz coffee. It’s not Starbucks guys.
