Wonderful 1 night stay in Thunder Bay. Check in was easy and both staff members at the front desk were professional and fun to talk to. Room was super clean and the bed really comfy. Wish we Had taken our swim suits as the pool and hot tub area was really clean. Breakfast the next morning at their restaurant was well done. I had an omellete and partner had a chorizo scrambler. Both disbhes were tasty and neither of is could finish our meal. Highly recommend staying here and will recommend it to any friends or family thinking of visiting Thunder Bay

Well where should we start…took awhile to get the room. Once we did we entered the room to find no couch just a big empty space. Called the front desk and all they said was we’ll bring you a chair! We were not happy to say the least. It actually was the cleaning staff that indicated to us that the room next door was identical with a couch and vacate. We called the front desk to inquire if we could have it and it took awhile for them to respond with a yes. Once we were in our new room we discovered that it was cold, again we called they said because the weather next week is warmer they didn’t put the heat on so we could have some blankets to wrap around us. Unbelievable!

We came back again to this hotel for Wake the Giant this year and it felt like there were renovations since? In any case, I am SO impressed with this hotel! Clean, quiet, safe, excellent facilities (loved being able to run on the treadmill and the pool looked super fun for guests!), and close to pretty much everything! I had asked earlier in the week about there being a treadmill and I got a quick and friendly response! Someone even called the room to just check that everything was OK, and we were able to easily get a one hour extension to our check out time! Really top-notch service and I will definitely come back here next year again! Chi miigwetch!

Bed was comfortable. Hallways were dark and dirty, room was ok but could tell maintenance was sloppy with repairs. Couldn't find the bar/restaurant so went elsewhere because the front desk was swamped with kids' parties. Glad we were only there one night.

Great place

Overall great place and the price was the best in town! People were friendly and the hotel was close to everything. Pool area was super clean and restaurant on site was great also. We broke down on the visit and the hotel gave us free meals in the restaurant after we checked out which was helpful and super nice gesture. When in Thunder Bay I will stay again for sure!

The pool and restaurant are top notch. I felt safe and the supervisor and staff do an absolutely fantastic job of making you feel welcome and at home. Very close to anything you may need and easy access from the road

The room was okay but the heater wouldn’t work. The interior of the hotel was clean but the exterior entrance was filthy. Didn’t feel safe outside the hotel. There was a beggar on the property when we walked from our car.

The room was super clean and the staff very nice. I am unsure about how safe the place was. Security came to evacuates someone from our hallway and an other time the police came to lobby the handle someone. I would not book there again.
