The house provides complete privacy indoors (two bedrooms both 150x190, two bathrooms, kitchen‑dining area, living room, workspace, Smart TV) while giving you access to a beautiful outdoor terrace with solarium, barbecue area, and views of the surrounding volcanoes.

Inside, Ermita Perdomo features two comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own en‑suite bathroom. Both bathrooms include spacious walk‑in showers, a hairdryer, and high‑quality amenities such as gel/shampoo dispensers and moisturising body lotion.



The bright and cosy living room includes a 50" screen, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

A dedicated workspace with reliable Wi‑Fi (approx. 20 Mbps) makes it easy to work remotely or stay connected.

Note: This is a self‑service property. Once courtesy items are finished, they will not be replenished. For hygiene and safety reasons, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and cleaning products are not provided.

This system is designed to promote efficient and conscious use of energy, allowing guests to activate cooling only when needed.

Arrival & Check‑In

Ermita Perdomo uses a webapp for both check‑in and keyless access.

Everything is fully digital — no physical keys are used.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be asked to complete an online check‑in through the webapp, which also serves as your digital guide during the stay. Through the app, you will receive:
