The apartment "Projekt MUli" is located in a manageable and well-maintained complex, just a stone's throw from the beach and still very quiet! It was completely gutted in 2010, redesigned and offers you the purest comfort according to German standards.
Nothing will be missing here. The highlight is the free internet via WiFi!
In addition, the view of the Atlantic to Fuerteventura, which will make it difficult for you to leave it at all. But the redesigned beach road and the beaches on your doorstep will eventually lure you.

All amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and a German doctor's office are in the immediate vicinity.

The large and solar-heated community pool invites you to sunbathe with its large pool terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.

A private tennis court is also available in the clearly laid out facility for a fee

SĂ©jour agrĂ©able pour fĂȘter notre voyage de noces, appartement bien placĂ© a Puerto del Carmen , on peut accĂ©der Ă  pied aux restaurants , bars et plages. RĂ©sidence trĂšs calme avec une moyenne d'age de 60 ans environ. Piscine trĂšs propre. Personnel de la rĂ©sidence adorable. Appartement trĂšs fonctionnel et trĂšs mignon. Il faudrait toute fois bien prĂ©ciser aux occupants l'adresse de l'appartement qui se situe dans un complexe hĂŽtelier car nous avons chercher bien longtemps le numĂ©ro de la rue qui n'Ă©tait pas Ă©crit. si vous voulez un moment ou vous pouvez vous dĂ©tendre c'est ici qu'il faut rĂ©server ! Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs rĂ©actif aux messages et trĂšs gentil. Merci beaucoup ! Danke !

Comminication with the property owner was 5. Check in was good. Directions given by the property owner was good, but providing a picture of the correct arrival gate would assist for future bookings. Property was clean, comfortable, welcoming and felt like home. All amenities were provided and well stocked. Beds were super comfortable.Balcony was a real treat. Lovely views of the pool area and the sea in the distance. Sunrise every morning with the added addition of feathered friends.The only real issue was the hot water in the shower. It didn't stay hot for very long. So quick showers it had to be. But that aside......I would stay here again in a heart beat. It is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. The only constuctive advice would be to consider creating a "user" manual for appliances and tv. We didn't struggle, but some people may (if they're not too technical).

Manfred was an excellent host and responded very quickly to any questions. He was extremely helpful in ensuring we were able to access the property ok due to our late arrival caused by a flight delay, which was much appreciated.The apartment is in a very good location with lovely views from the balcony out to sea., short walk to supermarkets, beach,and also the strip with its bars and restaurants. Although close to the strip, the apartment was very quiet and we certainly were not disturbed by any noise.The apartment was spotless and comfortable and has everything you need for a good holiday.

Lanzarote love 😍

Nette Wohnung, ruhig gelegen und mit Sittich-Besuch. Der Balkon ist zwar lang, könnte aber mehr Breite haben. Die BalkonstĂŒhle sind etwas wackelig, haben aber durchgehalten. Die Ausstattung ist mit ausreichend Geschirr sehr gut ausgestattet, die Möbel scheinen etwas Ă€lter.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren zum Ironman Lanzarote auf der Insel und haben uns das Appartement ausgesucht, um vor Ort zu sein und uns selbst verpflegen zu können. Unsere Erwartungen wurden dabei vollkommen erfĂŒllt und sogar ĂŒbertroffen. Uns hat es an nix gefehlt: Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Pool zum Schwimmen/Trainieren, Balkon mit Blick auf's Meer, ruhige Anlage, sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt, EinkaufsmĂ€rkte direkt um die Ecke, kurze Wegstrecke zum Meer und sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Saubere Anlage, tolles Appartement

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in dieser Anlage. Das Appartement ist sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und hat eine top Ausstattung. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick einfach nur toll. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, insgasamt wird die Anlage sehr gut gepflegt. Liegen am Pool waren immer zubekommen. Die Lage ist 1A! Zum Strand ca. 5 min Fußweg. Einmal um die Ecke und man ist schon auf der Promenade mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und LĂ€den. Ein Spar Markt und ein kleinerer Lebensmittelmarkt ist direkt neben der Anlage. Kosmetik, Fußpflege, Friseur, Nagelstudio auch nur um die Ecke. Ausserdem finde ich die Lage PdC optimal fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in alle Richtungen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und hatten auch das GlĂŒck immer in direkter NĂ€he einen Parkplatz zubekommen. FĂŒr uns ist klar- wenn Lanzarote, dann dieses Appartement! Damit nochmals ein Dankeschön an Manfred Göbel als Vermieter! Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und prompt! 100% Weiterenpfehlung

Ganz toller Aufenthalt!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Fewo sehr genossen. Die Lage ist spitze! Trotzdem ist es ruhig und die Beschreibung stimmt absolut mit der RealitĂ€t ĂŒberein. Perfect!

Excellent apartment with absolutely everything you could want available in the apartment. Had an issue with the internet connection not working for the first week but management came out within a couple of days to try to remedy it. Unfortunately it was beyond their control and not the equipment in the apartment but a provider issue. Lovely views from the balcony and a perfect and quiet location just a couple of minutes to the strip. Wouldn’t hesitate to book the apartment again if available for our dates and would definitely recommend.

Property nice and clean, in a very good location near the main strip. Appartment has plenty of kitchen essentials, with a good washing machine and dishwasher. Big wardrobe in bedroom with a safe, and lots of hangers. Comfy bed and nice bedding. Good size balcony with a nice view of the sea. Swimming pool clean, plenty of sunbeds around, With a lifeguard to watch for those reserving sunbeds and leaving for long periods. We had a nice holiday here and would come back

So schön, schön war die Zeit

In dieser schnuckeligen Wohnung kann man sich wohlfĂŒhlen: die Betten sind gemĂŒtlich und es ist reichlich Schrankraum (mit Safe) vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist großzĂŒgig mit Tageslicht, sogar einen VergrĂ¶ĂŸerungsspiegel gibt es. Im Wohnzimmer lĂ€dt das große Sofa zum Chillen ein. Die KĂŒche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf dem sonnigen Balkon gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt und den Blick aufs Meer genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, zum Pool (den ich morgens noch fĂŒr mich alleine hatte) nur eben die Treppe hinunter, zum kleinen Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Die Promenade mit den GeschĂ€ften und Restaurants ist auch nur ‚um die Ecke‘. Manfred ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der superschnell antwortet und bei Fragen sofort weiterhilft. :)

Schönes Appartement

Wir haben knapp 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Appartement verbracht. Obwohl es nahe am Geschehen ist, ist es doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Balkon mit dieser schönen Aussicht auf das Meer und den Pool ist klasse. Die Fotos entsprechen der RealitĂ€t! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief problemlos und zeitnah. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne mal wieder!

Tolles Appartment!

Die Fotos entsprechen der RealitĂ€t, Sonne von morgens bis abends auf dem Balkon, der Meerblick ist superschön. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Dusche großzĂŒgig. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man schnell mitten im Geschehen an der Strandpromenade mit GeschĂ€ften, Restaurants u.Ă€. und dementsprechend auch am Meer :-) In der Anlage gibt es einen Pool mit Kinderabteil sowie eine Snackbar, Kinderspielplatz, Tennisplatz. Die Kommunikation mit dem EigentĂŒmer war unkompliziert und jederzeit möglich. Alles passend fĂŒr einen perfekten Urlaub!

Tolle kleine Wohnung von freundlichen Vermietern

So stellt man sich Urlaub vor. Die sĂŒĂŸe Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet, ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich und schnell per Email. WLAN war ausreichend schnell , sogar fĂŒr Streamingfilme. Zwei kleine SupermĂ€rkte sind ca. 200m entfernt. Zur Strandpromrnade einfach eine kleine Treppe runtergehen. Pool wird tĂ€glich gereinigt, die Anlage ist ebenfalls sehr sauber. Manchmal kommen sogar Papageien vorbei. Ca. 10min von Flughafen entfernt, man hört aber keine Flugzeuge mehr (außer vielleicht mal abends). Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Super ausgestattete Wohnung mit Traumblick

Eine schöne Wohnung in super Lage. Nah am Geschehen, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach ein Traum. Die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und auch die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Super Urlaub!

Sehr schöne, saubere, individuell eingerichtete Wohnung. Gute, zentrale Lage. Parkmöglichkeiten an der Anlage eher schwierig (man muss mehrmals kreiseln, um einen Parkplatz in der NÀhe zu finden).
