We are delighted to offer you our recently renovated and fully refurbished private villa in the tranquil and exclusive village of La Asomada, an upmarket holiday location in the southeast of Lanzarote. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic sea views, first-class private accommodation with a Canaries-style home/villa and 50 MB speed internet/wifi connectivity. Our exclusive private pool is open 365 days a year, heated in autumn, winter and early spring, measuring 8 x 4 meters at its widest points and complete with a thermos pool cover and wind protection. The pool terrace has been recently refurbished (Nov 21’) with a “Palmlounge,” featuring two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, LED floor lighting, tropical palms, retro-style overhead festival lighting, and a sunbathing terrace with sun-loungers and a sunshade area.

Our villa is located in a protected area and is 3-4 km away from Puerto Del Carmen, with top-ranked restaurants within a 2 km radius. Visit the volcanic mountain hikes, bike trails, and established sub-tropical gardens and bird bath to observe many colorful wild canaries and native birds. You'll have access to a separate alfresco dining area with a “sail shade,” a terraced sub-tropical garden, and a volcanic lava rock gas-fired barbecue area, all with LED floor lighting and retro-style overhead festival lighting. Our exclusive courtyard and shared car-parking have a sun-shaded roof, with native dragon cacti growing high above the enclosure.

The villa is inclusive of all pricing, including pool heating, full pay TV, and hot and cold air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge, and offers a fixed safe. Please note that we also have another smaller villa for two guests in the same area, available on the VRBO website.

We had a lovely week in this beautiful, stylish and very private villa. We appreciated the thoughtful layout and attention to detail. The location we perfect for day trips to all parts of the island; we had a car and you definitely need one. Lanzarote is famously windy but the villa pool area is well designed to be sheltered from the breeze and was extremely relaxing.

Great rental in lovely location

We had a very enjoyable 10 days at this villa. 10 minutes drive from the airport but away from tourist traps and noise. The beds are big and comfortable, bathrooms clean and modern. Downstairs the kitchen and living area are compact but fine for 4 people. Outside the space is outstanding. Plenty of sun traps and shade. The bbq and dining area are lovely and the covered area relaxing and spacious. Of note, the owners leave plenty of gas for the bbq and pool heating is included in the price. Owners are nearby and helpful without being intrusive.

Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes, individuelles Ferienhaus. Das Haus steht alleine am Hang. Es ist absolut ruhig. In der Nacht hört man selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster nichts. Schöner ĂŒberdachter Freisitz, welcher in Verbindung mit dem vorhandenen Heizpilz auch im Januar Abende im Freien bis nach Mitternacht erlaubt hat. Sehr guter Blick auf die OstkĂŒste der Insel. Es ist ein sehr guter Gasgrill vorhanden, mit welchem sich köstliche Mahlzeiten im Freien zubereiten lassen. Die zwei sehr großen Schlafzimmer mit Bad ensuite sind sehr schön möbliert und haben ebenfalls Meerblick. Richard und Irina sind hervorragende Vermieter. Alle WĂŒnsche werden umgehend und zuverlĂ€ssig erfĂŒllt. Der Vorteil ist, das die beiden nur einen Steinwurf entfernt in ihrem eigenen Haus wohnen und bei Bedarf sofort da sind. Wir haben mit unseren Freunden (insgesamt 4 Erwachsene) herrliche 2 Wochen hier verbringen dĂŒrfen. In den nĂ€chsten Jahren werden wir sicher wieder das Haus buchen.

Paradise found!

We had a wonderful holiday at this lovely property and can't wait to return! The villa is located in La Asomada and has gorgeous views down to the ocean. It was nice to stay in a quieter portion of the island, away from the busy PdC or Playa Blanca resorts. (Note: you will want a rental car if you stay here and there is private, on-site parking) Richard and Irina (and Louis!) greeted us on arrival, gave us a tour of the property, and went over all of the home's features. These hosts are top-notch and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We especially appreciated the restaurant recommendations and groceries to get us started for the week. The villa is immaculate and very well-furnished. We absolutely loved spending our days in the pool lounge area. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning was welcomed during the warm days. We also enjoyed morning cappuccinos and watching a few movies on the entertainment system. The shower has great water pressure and delicious-smelling bath products. We are so grateful to have experienced Lanzarote with this as our home base for the week. We highly recommend this property for your upcoming holidays.

Wonderful in every way

Our 1-week holiday was just wonderful. There is so much to do and see in such a small island. The villa is well positioned: it’s far enough from town to enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough to quickly get anything you need. Irina and Richard did a fabulous job of setting up the outdoor space so that we could enjoy it at any time of day. It’s sheltered and beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and stylish. The showers are superb. The kitchen was well stocked and we even had some provisions waiting for us when we arrived. We really couldn’t have asked for more and we were all so sad to leave.

Relaxing summer break

My wife, two daughters (11 & 9) and I spent two weeks relaxing here. It's a lovely villa in a very peaceful and secluded spot in the hills, but the local towns with supermarkets, bars restaurants and beaches are literally just a few minutes drive away. Alternatively you can just spend the day chilling by the pool! We arrived to the most generous welcome pack I've ever seen and throughout our stay Richard and Irina were faultless with help, advice and suggestions whenever we needed it. The villa is a great base to explore as nothing on the island is very far - the beaches and crystal clear water in Puerto del Carmen are great and dinner at Sebastyan's Atlantico Lounge is a must. Timanfaya National Park is really interesting (get there early to avoid queues!), and we had a great family day out at Aqualava water park. Thank you Richard and Irina for being such superb hosts 👍😁

What a fabulously unique setting, location and villa. Exceptional finish, attention to detail and comfort. Fantastic outside spaces that totally made our stay. We had a wonderful stay at the house of Irina and Richard. Their hospitality is amazing. Whenever we had any questions, they were very responsive. The perfect break

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Richard and Irina's villa. It was the most incredible place - while the pictures are amazing, they don't do it justice! A private, comfortable and beautiful place. Find quiet relaxation in this perfect designed house.

Communication with the owner was very friendly and easy going. Before, during and also after our stay. We could always ask for information about anything we needed to know. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated and has a comfortable private courtyard with swimming pool. Location is amazing, surrounded by the volcanos and the strange ‘lava’ vineyards. Definitely the best location on the island. We had a very good experience here and highly recommend this place!

Absolutely wonderful

We can’t recommend this villa highly enough! From the wonderful welcome, and fabulous local advice from Richard, to the quality and tranquility that this property provides. The owners are nearby if you need them but otherwise your privacy is respected. The villa is spotless and fitted out to a very high standard. The outside space is truly outstanding, with areas for either shade or sunshine throughout the day, indeed we never actually sat inside the whole week! Great location, a very short drive to the beach, restaurants and bars. We are already planning a return trip and can’t wait.

Starting with a warm informative welcome we enjoyed fresh flowers in the sparklingly clean living room, crisp cotton sheets and high quality mattresses in the lovely bedrooms, , designer shower gels, great coffee machine in the well equipped kitchen, Sonos sound system, Sky TV and high quality furnishings throughout.. Richard was a great host and very helpful when required but respectful of privacy too. Peaceful outdoor areas were also well designed with areas to sit and dine in sun and shade, topped off with stunning sea and mountain views. A perfect place to relax and unwind from our busy city lives.

Amazing hosts, amazing property. Easy to get to from the airport and great location to local supermarkets and only ten minutes to the bigger towns. Highly recommended.

Luxury and well equipped villa

We enjoyed the villa very much. It is very well equipped and clean. It’s central and quiet location is perfect for exploring the island (by car). Richard was a very friendly host and respected our privacy during our stay. We really enjoyed the complementary full fridge and fruitbasket by arrival!
