Staying in Los Mojones provides both privacy in an upscale area and easy access to the town, harbor, piers, and beach, often without needing a car. If you do drive, the nearest city, Arrecife, is less than twenty minutes away.

For dining, visit the Old Town, just a short walk from Villa Canwell, where you can enjoy numerous seafood restaurants serving fresh fish. There are also plenty of traditional Spanish restaurants offering a variety of flavors. Lanzarote features both local and international cuisine, with some places blending the two.

In the Old Town, visit the harbor for stunning sea views or rent a boat for a maritime adventure. For a more thrilling experience, try a banana boat or inflatable dinghy ride, or go jet-skiing, parasailing, or flyboarding to soar above the water.

The southern coast, including Puerto del Carmen, has beautiful sandy beaches where you can relax under a parasol on a sun-lounger, enjoying amenities for both kids and adults. - Please notice that the advertise price is based on 6 people, any extra guests (regardless of age) will have an extra cost of £22 per person, per day. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Please note that during high season, all bookings will be based on the max capacity rate.

- For those who require pool heating, this is available and included in the rental price between November - April inclusive. Outside of these months, this will be at an additional cost of £100 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Flexible

Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit

Smoking & Vaping are not permitted
