Situated in the heart of the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen, Villa Gavia is a stylish 2 bedroom villa within a few minutes’ walk of sandy beaches, excellent restaurants and lively bars. The interior boasts a sleek contemporary finish with the lounge and kitchen joined in a modern open plan design. From here, sliding doors open to an enclosed terrace with an inviting swimming pool, as well as a brick BBQ, perfect for nights of alfresco dining. WiFi, air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included. 

Villa Gavia is perfectly located in the centre of the bustling resort Puerto del Carmen, with everything from excellent restaurants and shops to stunning beaches and a vibrant nightlife within less than 10 minutes’ walk. A gentle downhill stroll brings you to the coveted Playa Grande Beach, with sandy shores and crystal blue waters and a bit further afield you can wander the historical Old Town Harbour. For an exciting day out, explore the magnificent volcanic scenery at Timanfaya National Park only 25 minutes’ drive away, or head to Jameos del Agua Caves to uncover underground caves and salt lakes, just a 40 minute drive from the villa. 

Main pool: 3.6 x 2.5 mtr, 1.5 - 1.5 mtr depth.
