This villa is a great choice for those who like to be within walking distance of the beach and amenities. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Togio 2 has an enviable position within 10 minutes’ walking distance of Playa Grande Beach and the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen. The impressive Biosfera shopping and leisure centre is only a 10 minute stroll away with great restaurants, shops and cafes to choose from. Tolle Lage

Das Gebäude bietet alles was auch in der Beschreibung steht. Jedoch nicht mehr aber auch nicht weniger. Alltagsprodukte wie Toilettenpapier, Müllbeutel, Seife, Spüli waren nicht vorhanden, sodass man diese Sachen im nächstgelegenen Supermarkt kaufen konnte. Die Lage zum Strand und zu der Stadt war hervorragend und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein negativer Punkt war, dass im Obergeschoss überall Ameisen an den Fußleisten rum gelaufen sind. Ansonsten war das Haus wie beschrieben in Ordnung, mit einigen abstrichen.
