Experience Tidal Tranquility Cottage with oceanfront and private walking trails. A newly built cottage with an inviting indoor space and large windows that pour natural light into a relaxing living room and an elegant kitchen with high-end appliances. Enjoy morning coffee on a spacious outdoor deck or take an easy walk to the waterfront to visit the spectacularly smooth and calm waters at high tide. This cottage shares a hot tub with Compass Cove Cottage, enter the hot tub at your own leisure, unscheduled, and no appointments necessary, there are semi-private walls are in place for ultimate privacy. This is a perfect place for a family or small group of friends.

This cottage contains a living room and full kitchen, two bedrooms, and one washroom. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, night stands, dresser, and black out curtains.
Our property also has 450 feet of oceanfront on the beautiful Waweig River. The waters at this area of the Waweig River are especially calm and smooth making it an excellent point of entry for kayakers to go for a trip down the river. At low tide the beach becomes a walkable flat rock bed for sea treasure hunters to take a walk and have a closer look.

We have 20 acres of wooded land, with a privately developed walking trail, giving guests direct access to more popular walking, hiking, mountain biking, ATV’ing, and horseback riding trails that extend throughout Charlotte County and into other parts of New Brunswick. We also have a private dock..

We are 12 minutes from St. Stephen and 15 minutes from the well-known tourist town of St. Andrews by-the-sea. We are also within 20 minutes distance to many local attractions such as Ganong Nature Park, Kingsbrae Garden, Huntsman Marine Science Centre, whale watching, and golfing. Access to the cottages is only 1 km from Highway No. 1 making it very easy to locate.

At Rocky Point Farms Cottages our cottages are kept exceptionally clean and the grounds are maintained by a professional landscaper.

Guests enjoy full access to the dock, pergola, and walking trails located on the property. Up to 5 kayaks and one paddleboard available, times vary according to the tides. Each cottage deck comes with outdoor table, chairs, and BBQ, Each cottage has one private parking space.

The cottages have a full kitchen - stove, microwave, fridge, sink, dishwasher. Also included complimentary coffee/tea.
Bedrooms - queen size beds, night stands, and dresser.
Bathroom - tub/shower, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Living room with sofa, TV, electric fireplace, large circle chair.
WIFI
A common laundry washer and dryer room is available for guests.
Each cottage has a parking space.

Owners live nearby and are available for questions or assistance.

No pets allowed (we have other cottages that are pet-friendly)
Please close all windows when leaving.
No smoking or vaping on deck.
Please leave furniture where you found it.
