Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads to the various living spaces. A studio area features 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a kitchen corner, a shower with WC, and a television. The living and dining room is equipped with a television and provides access to a balcony with both south and west facing orientations, offering pleasant outdoor views. A dedicated room features 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and opens onto a separate balcony with north and east facing positions. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living and dining area. A bathroom and a separate WC complete the layout, bringing the total to 2 bathrooms across the apartment.
