It is well situated near great restaurants and Tijuana's most famous market. They were incredibly nice with my pet. The lobby has a great atmosphere during the evenings and relaxed mood in the mornings.

Decent spot

Stay was decent. Staff were nice and polite. Location of the hotel wasn't great. There was some sketchy areas to the west of the hotel but it wasn't terrible.

Está en un lugar muy accesible el Oxxo está justo al lado de recepción, enfrente hay taquerías y costo está cruzando la calle además de que todas las plazas están a menos de 5 minutos caminando. El check in es un poco tardado y no se puede pagar en efectivo, ese fue el único inconveniente además de que el baño olía un poco como a cañería pero es un lugar muy tranquilo, no se escucha nada y las habitaciones aunque son muy pequeñas tienen todo lo necesario, cómodo y bonito.

Not happy at all with the customer service not welcoming, rude and the the rooms are dirty not even lotions they provide for $150 taxes not worth it at all I will not recommend this hotel.

Its close to shopping areas. .... Everything was ok but if they can fix the key for the shower be a little more easy to use......I love they have glass bottles for water its so convenient also they care about are planet I love it....

Some of the noticeable issues were, that in the bathroom the shower had a lot of limescale. The bathroom mirror was pealing, the towels instead of being white, were already gray and worn out. The tiles on the shower and around the toilet were broken. We had double beds, my daughter’s pillow covers had black stains. In the halfway floor there was a lot of used sheets that were left on the floor throughout our weekend stay. As you’re going up and down the elevators you can tell some maintenance was needed. Our stay would had been great if the pictures they have on their profile were honest. We would have chosen to stay elsewhere.
