Other things to note:
DOG FRIENDLY: Up to 2 dogs only, no other pets. There is a pet fee. Dogs must be house broken and must be kept off the furniture. Must be kept on leash when outside. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Parking: No street parking allowed. Park in driveway (4 medium vehicles or 2 large ones) and RV pad (1 vehicle).

Cameras: Two security cameras are on the front of the house facing the driveway. There is a Ring doorbell. There is another security camera with noise level monitor above the roof over the spa facing the back yard; it does not have a view of the spa.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

Guest access: Most areas except where locked storage is located. Garage is locked for storage.

Hot tub: We strive to make sure the hot tub is working at all times. If it is not working due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. motor or heater goes out), unfortunately we cannot provide any type of refund for the inconvenience.

The following rules were recently adopted by Tillamook County and apply to all vacation rental properties in the county:
Quiet hours are overnight from 10pm-7am. No noise may be heard beyond property boundaries - This is the same for all rentals in Tillamook County.
Please park in designated parking spaces and prioritize parking off-street.
No unattended barking dogs.
No events which exceed maximum daytime occupancy.
No overnight guests over the listed maximum occupancy (10pm-7am).
Please secure trash can lids so that trash is covered. No exterior trash or recycling may be placed outside of cans.
Please consider turning off exterior lights overnight if not needed.

The 3 master suites did not disappoint. Very comfortable furnishings and each had their own bathroom. We loved the upstairs game room and made many meals in the well equipped kitchen. We will definitely consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home with our group of four couples, and there was even extra space in the loft for a few more people. The open layout was perfect for gathering together whether it was sharing meals, playing games, or singing along with the karaoke machine. The only drawback is that it’s not an easy walk to the beach, but the short drive made it very convenient to get there.

We loved having four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The game room and spa were great. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved all of the seating. It was easy to get to Oceanside and Netarts.

This house had everything we needed to enjoy our birthday weekend at the coast with a group of 5 teen girls. The game room came in handy on the first day, as it kept them entertained during the rain. We had great communication with the host. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens in terms of pots, pans, and utensils, that we have ever stayed in. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Ideal Oregon Coast Getaway

We stayed at this fantastic home for four nights and it has EVERYTHING you need. Four couples shared the home and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The game room was fantastic and the kitchen had everything (we grilled most nights). Tunnel beach is a must visit and it’s only a five minute drive from the house. We also recommend the Upstairs Bar (also five minutes away), Schooner Restaurant and Roseann’s Cafe. Such a great location and can’t wait to go back!

Enjoyable Quiet Getaway

This property is perfect. It is quiet with a plethora of amenities. We appreciated the hosts' hospitality and the home's cleanliness. Perfect for families with a lot of room to decompress with a surprise crin in one of the closets. Great games for family nights and enough TVs for teens/adults to decompress. The hot tub was excellent, and it's a perfect home away from home. I would love to stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality.

Overall the house was very nice. It is spacious and nicely laid out. The house was clean for the most part, but a lot the dishes and pots and pans were dirty and the counters had crumbs a gunk under the appliances and trays of coffee and tea.

Very nice home. There were enough bathrooms for everyone to have their own. Property manager was super easy to get in touch with and sent me the info early. The only negative I would give would be that there is way too much furniture in the house! Very little room to move around with all that was packed into the rooms. But we had a wonderful stay, and it was super convenient to visiting the ocean side of Oregon!

Comfort on the coast

Had the best stay at this home nestled between Netarts and Oceanside! Just a short drive to either beach. Home had plenty of room and bathrooms for our family of 6 adults and 3 kiddos from 5-14 years in age. Lots of games to keep them busy, room to play. We all enjoyed the spa out back. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of seating for meals. Loved it. Will put this one on our return list for next years family trip! Thanks Royce. Family fun!

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our 4 families. Bonus was finding a crib in its own little closet off the master bedroom on the main floor.. Lots to do with a wide variety of board games, a game of pool, enjoying the hot tub, or just relaxing with the family. The house is stocked well for cooking in, we ate most meals in home from a barbecue to boiling fresh caught crab. Very quiet neighborhood. We traveled with our boat and had plenty of room for it and our cars. Appreciated the warm water outside for cleaning off. The host is very easy to keep in contact with to answers any question that may arise. Centrally located for many different adventures. Had a great relaxing and very enjoyable time. Thank you

Peaceful Getaway

We had a great stay and would recommend this property. The manager was gracious to give us an early check in and a late checkout without us even asking for it. I’m sure this was due to the slower time of year and may not always be available. However, we appreciated the offer and took advantage of it! The house was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the options of board games. So many to choose from! We didn’t really cook there, but the kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was nice to use and we liked the fact that is was covered, so you didn’t get rained on. The house is in a quite neighborhood close to Oceanside and a short drive to Tillamook. We spent some time exploring the area, went to the beach to look for seashells, and enjoyed some eateries in the area. Overall, a peaceful and relaxing few days. Thank you for making our stay easy and comfortable!

Fun family beach trip

The house layout was great for our two families. We had fun playing pool, cards and board games. The location provided easy access to Netarts, Oceanside, Cape Mears and several other scenic areas. Royce's communications were prompt and helpful. The entire experience was enjoyable.

Fun family get-away

We rented Royce's place for a beach weekend for my whole family (my partner, my parents, siblings and their kids). This is the perfect house for large groups and for kids. There's a whole loft upstairs with games and entertainment, even some beds. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and there's was plenty of bathrooms for each family to have their own. The large open kitchen has everything we needed to cook meals, and there's even a separate bar area for all your drinks and ice. My nieces loved soaking in the hot tub both nights. Getting to the beach was a snap. Just a few minutes drive down the road. We would definitely stay here again!
