There is no elevator at this property. The bed was hard as a brick and there was no tub in my room just a small shower.

We were very impressed with the Tillamook inn. We had a room with 2 queens and it was very spacious, super clean and the beds were really comfortable. Everything we needed was right there - a convenience store attached, restaurant next door and gas station right there with a car wash. We will for sure stay here again.

If I had to stay in Tillamook again, I would stay

The entry door to our building was sprung. It never latched until we were loading out. Then locked us out of the building.😐 The garbage was picked up at approximately 4am waking everyone in the building I am sure.The hotel did not do this, but it makes for a bad experience. The hotel was very full with all the construction crews. They were all respectful of other guests. No issues with the other guests. In all, this is one of the nicer hotels in town. Only average compared to hotels more toward Hillsboro. The whole town is run down and dated. There were a few nice restaurants.

Hotel is newly renovated so fairly clean. But beware - there are no elevators and if you are on the 2nd floor, you will be carrying your suitcases up the stairs. I did not see anywhere online that mentioned they did not have elevators. During check-in, the front desk clerk was super rude. I had booked 2 rooms together and asked to have them close to each other as we were traveling with family and younger kids. Unfortunately during check in we found out our rooms were far apart. When I asked the Fri t desk clerk was unusually rude and defensive about it. They also had a broken A/C in one of our rooms and unfortunately didn’t do anything except give us a small fan. There is no breakfast available - free or paid. I would not come back to this place

The idea of this hotel is wonderful and beautifully modern. Obviously, the maids are the issue and having guests who break the rules by smoking in non-smoking rooms. Not only did our room smell of smoke, have a broken lamp, have bacterial growth in the beautiful shower, and have trash under the bed, it was loud and someone tried coming in our room around 5-6am. The parking lot was sketchy, and I did not feel safe. The staff, (Rachel), was very helpful and kind to our family. The shower was very nice and they provided shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash in the pumps on the wall. The colors and designs were really modern and nice. Not a lot of parking, but near stores and restaurants.

I was honestly very surprised they don’t clean rooms unless you are staying more than 7 days (found this out there). You have to ask for items like towels, soap, TP etc. we stayed for 4 days and it was disappointing to have our trash can overflowing bc they don’t clean rooms during your stay. Hotel was okay. Wouldn’t stay again.
