Horrible experience. The light in the room kept shutting off. While showering I was left in complete darkness 4 times. The staff said this happened because the control panel was extremely sensitive and if you left a fingerprint on it this would happen, but it still happened even after they cleaned it with alcohol. There was mold in the shower! And water leaked everywhere. After getting out of the shower there was a puddle on the floor that went all the way to the bathroom door. A wedding took place below our room, and the loud music and noise did not stop until 3 am. When we asked for a quieter room and one with functioning lights, the manager said we had to pay extra for an upgrade! We checked out the next day because of the horrible experience, and the manager refused to refund our money for the night we didn’t stay, even though the front desk people told us we would be refunded the money!!! Do not be fooled. This is not a 5 star hotel, it is a two star hotel at best! I wish I could post the photos of the room.

Beautiful hotel with full spa with 5 star service from everyone we interacted with. Everything was top notch and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. We thoroughly enjoyed a massage and the use of the sauna and hot tub for a relaxing way to end our vacation.
