Private: property 1'900 m2 (fenced), lawn 1'000 m2 trees, swimming pool angular, heated (9 x 4 m, 37 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 09.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, volleyball, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine.
