Had a fabulous stay at the Monarc.Very clean, nice decor, great breakfast, friendly staff. Great roof bar. It was perfectly placed in the centre of town - bars and restaurants no more than 5 min walk away. The price worked for us. It was one of the nicest boutique hotels we have visited in Eastern Europe and we have been to many.

A small well-presented modern hotel close to the centre of town with friendly and helpful staff. It also has a very pleasant roof bar which is open to the public. It is however on the intersection of two very busy streets so there is a lot of traffic noise if you want to open a window.

The hotel receptionist was very helpful answering our many questions and was particularly helpful with restaurant suggestions as well as helping us book a day tour to Berat. Beautiful hotel with extremely good service

The hotel was beautifully decorated and located in a nice area. At the hotel had a restaurant, where tasty and varied breakfast were served. On the top floor was a nice bar with a view over the area. My room was large, clean and quiet, the shower was good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will choose this hotel again.

It was our first time in Tirana and we did speak the language well. The staff were very patient with us and very accommodating to us. Bessa in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful and made our stay that much better. We also very much enjoyed the bar on the fourth level was very comfortable with nice views of the city.
