The bright and comfortably furnished living room and the dining area for up to four people invite you to linger; Sofa bed, satellite TV, new large flat screen TV (94cm diameter) with DVD player and a compact stereo system / CD player / MP-3 port; A selection of books (English and German literature) and various board games complete the offer. Free WiFi available. The bedroom is equipped with a new double bed (160/200) at a comfortable height. The new kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster etc. The newly renovated bathroom with shower / toilet, hairdryer and towel warmer, various cosmetics and towels are available. The entire apartment is tiled for a reduced-dust, low-allergen and irritant environment. A parking space in the underground car park is also available, depending on availability.

Favorable and quiet location: Our apartment SILAS is very conveniently located and is very quiet, but still very central, it is only about a 10-minute walk to the town center and the lake. The 18-hole golf course is also just a stone's throw away. Several hiking and biking trails are in close proximity to the apartment. From here you have access to the immense network of hiking and biking trails in the Black Forest. Bring your bike / MTB with you - the terrain offers countless opportunities for either quiet discovery bike rides or challenging and adventurous ultra tours.

Payment Terms:
Our prices can change until a binding confirmation. With a binding booking, you can transfer the invoice amount directly. The deposit is 25% of the invoice amount and must be transferred within 7 days of the booking confirmation. The remaining amount must be paid 10 days before arrival or in cash upon arrival.

Further information:
The prices are per night depending on the season for 2 people with a minimum occupancy of 4 nights per season. Shorter stays are possible at an additional cost. A sofa bed (140/200) is available in the living room. From the 3rd We charge an additional 18 EUR / person / night.

The prices include cleaning, bed linen, facial and shower towels, all additional costs and parking space in the underground car park as well as free WiFi.

With a good guide, dogs are welcome with us for an additional fee of 5.00 EUR / night.

The tourist tax, which we pass on to the city of Titisee-Neustadt, is EUR 2.70 / person for people aged 16 and over, children from 6 years pay EUR 1.00 / child up to the age of 15.
