Guests will love the tranquil surroundings with farm animals in the nearby fields, plenty of wildlife, a private garden, free parking and reverse level living, making the most of the views with the open plan kitchen, dining and living area on the first floor.
The accommodation is close to the village of Withleigh, which is just a 5-minute drive to the historic Mid Devon town of Tiverton. The National Trust Buzzards Woodland is just a short walk away along the public footpath with the opportunity to see plenty of wildlife and beautiful views. This part of Devon is an excellent touring base with easy access to lots of places of interest.
The accommodation is set midway between Devon’s two coastlines, convenient for a day out to either. The award-winning North Devon coastline is within a 50-minute drive with its golden sandy surfing beaches, and the Jurassic South Devon coastal beauty spots are within an hour’s drive. Nearby you can explore the Two Moors Way, visit RHS Rosemoor, The Grand Western Canal, Knightshayes House or the breath-taking scenery at Exmoor National Park, a short drive away.
