It was ok!

I enjoyed the at the 2nd floor, i like all the toiletries, lotion, face moisturiser all good on my skin. Daily cleaning and replenishment for toiletries. The room is too small for couple, if you are claustrophobic like me, this is not suitable for you. I could not sleep the first night and was panicking at 2AM due to claustrophobia. The breakfast selection of food is great. Very near the Higashi Shinjuku station like 5mins walk. With nearby Donki and grocery stores. You can also walk to Shinjuku station.

APA hotel is simple and clean. This location is in Korea town and there's a bunch of late night options for food. Lots of shopping in the area as well. I only know of 2 train stations near-by, there could be more but I only used 2. Staff was very nice and helpful. They were also knowledgeable.

Love this property! Although our room is the smallest my husband and I have ever stayed in, I found it rather charming:) Great if you’re packing lightly! They sure know how to manage space quite well! The only negative side is finding the correct hotel initially; otherwise, it’s a fabulous hotel especially for the On- Sen on the 2nd floor! We will definitely be staying again when we head back there and will pack light this time around:)

Small cozy room in shinjuku, onsen on site

Cozy room in heart of Shinjuku. Was happy to book during first bit of my trip because would be tough to have more luggage with me. Room was comfortable enough for one person. They gave you tattoo covers for onsens in the building which was nice. Be aware there are other Apa hotels in area so make sure you have the correct one, I confused the taxi driver.

Caution

Very little English spoken here staff is not very helpful. They don't give good directions to finding places. The rooms are very small. I want you to be careful of the taxes they call for you. They often drop you in the wrong place leave and then you have no idea of how to get to where you're supposed to be going. This happened to me several times. I would recommend spending a little more money and finding a better hotel.
