the room was clean and had everything you need. Quite spacious if you consider the storage under the stair. the location is great

Positive: -clean room -great location -easy self check in with no staff -quiet -lots of space to open your suitcases -full kitchen Negative: -NO ELEVATOR!!! You have to walk up flights of stairs with your luggage -had to figure out how to activate the hot water. There is an electronic panel in the bathroom. -bed blanket had a weird smell. Like the previous person was a sweaty man and they tried to wash it really well but a lingering smell remained. -cold winter draft coming through window I couldn’t stop

I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say I very disliked Shinjuku. But to each there own, too all so note I was by myself and feel like that if I had someone with me a would be a little better about walking the streets.

Great location, uncomfortable sleep

This place says it can comfortably sleep 3, but neither the mattress nor futon were comfortable. Great location, and it was very clean, but would not stay here again unless the mattress or futon were updated. We were excited to leave to sleep in more comfortable beds.
