This property was locked and required an entry code which felt quite safe. The front desk staff were friendly and it had a local market right on the corner. They also offer a laundry room. Its about a 10min walk to the train station and the local bus stops right outside the building. There is a playground directly across the street as well if you have little ones. Nice location

浴室の鏡が横にスライドするので扱いの仕方次第では危ない。 アパートを改装したホテルなので狭いし、ベッドは固く、床もフローリングで快適性に欠けた。 これで1万円は高い。もう少し安価でお願いしたい。玄関の上は屋根はなく、雨が降っていたので困った。

ワンルームアパートを宿泊施設にしたような感じで、経年から古さがにじみ出ていること以外は過ごしやすいのではないでしょうか。すぐ近くはコンビニだけですが、中延駅近辺にはたくさんお店がありました。自炊できる方には、フライパン、炊飯ジャー？などもあり、洗剤とスポンジまであります。また、機会があれば利用させてもらいます。

一人暮らしの仮住まいをしているような、ウィークリーマンションのような滞在のしやすさで気に入っています。近くは利用できる鉄道駅やバスなども多く、東京方面、横浜方面なども出やすいし、東急バスもいろいろな方面に出るのに便利です。目の前が東急バスの荏原営業所なので、始発で大井町駅方面などに出られるバス停が隣です。施設内にはコインランドリーもあるし（近隣にもあります）、コンビニもちょっとしたスーパーも少し足を伸ばせばある。銭湯などもあります。施設の裏に、アプリで予約して使えるレンタサイクルサービスもあるので、近くの夜遅くまでやっている銭湯などに行くのも便利だったりします。羽田空港を利用する者としては、アクセスも便利（モノレールで天王洲アイル経由りんかい線で大井町乗換、大井町線中延駅、あるいは京浜急行で泉岳寺乗換、浅草線で中延など）。それから、チェックインの時間より前に清掃などが済んでいて入れる場合もあったりします。ショートステイ、ロングステイでも便利な施設だと感じています。

写真よりやや暗めだった事と建物自体の古さが気になったもののおおむね良かったです。調理することができるものの購入した物が保存して置けるところがちょっと狭かったかなと思いました。ランドリーありましたが　乾燥機で少し乾きにくかった物をちょっと干したかったのですがどこに干したらいいのか困りました。最寄りの駅は徒歩圏内で移動にはとても便利だったと思います。

価格と施設・サービスの品質が微妙

ワンルームマンションを改築してホテルにした施設でした。駅から若干離れているものの徒歩圏でしたし、比較的リーズナブルな価格だったのでお世話になりました。 フロントサービス時間が限られているなど、サービスは最低限ですが、大変丁寧な対応で不便はありませんでした。 一方で、(少なくとも今回利用した)部屋の設備が老朽化しており価格に見合ったものとは言い難く感じました。例えば、壁のコンセントが焦げていて怖くて使えませんでしたし、冷蔵庫が置かれているシンク下の棚は底が抜けており、グラグラして扉の開け閉めも慎重さが必要でした。 建物の古さはどうしようもないですが、ちょっとした修理や設備の更新で解決できる不具合は、ぜひ対応していただきたいと思いました。それさえ解決していれば、コンビニは近いし自炊も可能であり、次もお世話になりたいと思います。
