Staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. Metro/transit lines was right there, along with a 24 hour mini market. There is a $15.00 per day to use the pool!. Otherwise I would havd given them 5 stars

Love this luxury property, so much to do nearby, and train station right outside the door. Excellent staff and service and great eating options. Executive floor and lounge was wonderful too. Convenience store on property as well.15 minutes from Haneda airport. Could not ask for a better location or property!

This was a great start to our vacation. There was a bus that took us directly to the hotel from Narita airport. During our stay, we were able to easily get around Tokyo from Daiba Station which is connected to the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the room was perfect. It comes with tons of amenities. We also enjoyed the restaurants in the hotel. I recommend trying each of them. Our favorite was the Grill on 30th Japanese breakfast. There is also a convenience store attached if you need anything. The hotel is in a fantastic location for walking around in the morning/evening. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Tokyo!
