We enjoyed our quick stay here as we explored the surrounding areas during our Tokyo trip! This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood with many nearby restaurants and nightlife. It is a fairly long walk to the nearby subway stations, so access is slightly inconvenient if you are carrying a lot of luggage. The rooms are small but feature good amenities like a combined tub and shower, toiletries, and comfortable bedding. We noticed a slight cigarette smell in the room but it wasn't bad. The fitness center was small/basic but I appreciated that something was available for a quick workout. The breakfast was good overall and a great value when purchased with the room.

Ok basic hotel but tiny rooms and uncomfortable pillows, better value options for the cost these days in Tokyo. Also be aware of potentially restrictive cancellation policies when booking through third party sites like expedia, hotel staff are NOT willing to compromise on this at all so even something as simple as changing a day or 2 of the stay will incur a full cancellation charge. Pretty poor customer service and feels a bit scammy. Be careful booking if your plans are not 1000% set and safe

Mystays Premier Akasaka did not disappoint us as always. Room is very clean and has super friendly staff. I love Akasaka as it is only a few minutes ride from where we wanted to go. Love how the area is quiet, not as busy and ideal for relaxation over the weekend.

Amazing location, amazing peace and quiet around considering it’s in a very metropolitan part of town. The room is insanely small though, it is tough for 2 people to move around - would recommend the standard room size for just one person.

We were there on vacation and should have researched more. Akasaka is not a tourist destination but more of a high end business district. Room was a little dirty (permanent stains on the carpet, headboard, walls). Better facility for a buisness trip passing through.
