Hotel is basic, small room , big bed. Shower is big and tidy. - close to hamamatsucho station, 30 min Ueno or 30 min Shibuya - Shop is next to hotel. - 3 ramen place nearby, first opposite the hotel other 2 is 20 min walk. The hotel location is perfect for those peoples who wanna discover Tokyo.

If you are lucky enough to get a room on the 9th floor of higher and on the side that faces the water you will have a great view. Everyone was nice and helpful and patient with me.

Was in a nice area. Staff was decently accommodating, provided an extra pillow but no extra blankets upon request. The surrounding area is nice with hamamatsuchou station 8 minute walk having great connections, and a decent view into tokyo bay.

Odaiba, at your door step, with the driverless train at your doorstep. Nice walk to both Hamamatsucho and Daimon Stations. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower. If you like a longer walk, Azabudai Hills, Ginza, Roppongi Tsukiji are nearby. Good places to Eat nearby and convenient transport options. Second time staying her and would definitely stay again. Hotel room is what you would expect in Tokyo. Small but you have what you need. A fridge would be nice, but not necessary

Amazing location literally 20 seconds from the train station and very close to other restaurants, very good staff and nice and easy check in and check out with the automatic kiosks.

Great little hotel in a convenient location.

This was a nice cheap hotel in a convenient location. It is right next to one smaller station and 7 mins walk from a larger one. Also near the port for trips out to the bay. The staff were very nice. Also the 24hr Family Mart downstairs was very convenient. My only minor grumble was that the coffee machines aren't switched on until 8am. We're were left by then. In fact with jet lag I was sat eating breakfast from the Family Mart at 3am most days. It is a good hotel for the price and the room was fine. There was a little fridge in the room to keep some water cool. The shower was amazing, very powerful and there was lots of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All was clean. Heated toilet seat. All in all it was spot on!

The water front view and accessibility to the transit was really nice! The hotel also provides coffee and morning pastries which is very kind. The mattresses are quite firm compared to western mattresses so not the most ideal for people who don't like a firm bed! The family mart being attached and overall location in proximity to so many things but being relatively quiet was awesome.

The people that work there are nice and they kept things clean in the hotel. But the beds were hard as a marble slab and the room was the smallest we've seen out of seven hotels and that's saying something. The shower was also the worst we've had. The location at first seemed convenient because of the monorail next to it, but then you find out it basically doesn't go anywhere so you have to transfer to other trains anyways and it costs more. Over all it was an ok hotel but I wouldn't recommend to my friends or family.
