The room was SPOTLESS! Staff was super helpful and one of the staff members also has a free tour that is available on Saturdays. The fact that the hotel takes you out into the area to explore and teach is a really awesome touch that I really enjoyed and was grateful for, considering it was my first time in Japan.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tavinos Hamamatsucho! Generally clean and comfortable. A couple of comments, we did have what looked like a blood stain on the manga blanket, but we didn’t really use it on the bed. Second thing was that the only lighting is in the bathroom or the overhead light, both were very bright, a bedside light would go a long way. We would definitely come back though!

An excellent choice for travelers just hitting the ground at Haneda and needing a night to recover or catching the ferry? Right across the street. Great restaurant choices to numerous to mention within easy walking distance, shoping etc. Close to Hammamatsucho station for easy access from the airport direct monorail and JR systems. Easy access all way around. Perfect for the passer-through. Rooms are tiny, efficient, and sufficient, impeccably clean and quite. No nonsense and no frills, just a very nice place to stay coming in or headed out. **Note** Do not believe Google maps! Take the Central Exit, turn right after the turnstile, down the elevator out through the construction area, at the first major intersection (1-chome) turn right go straight to next interection (about 450 meters, Tokyo Bay), turn right and you are there.

Amazing location and very clean hotel! Check in/check out was easy and staff always ready to help. The location cannot be beat if you want to be close enough to major hubs of the city but also feel the calmness near the water. Lots of places to dine nearby with a bridge connecting to either the train or big office building with shops. Room is a bit small but honestly for the value and location and service I would stay here again. So beautiful to walk around outside near the water with great views of rainbow bridge and Tokyo bay!

Very easily accessible, walking distance to the metro, nice and clean building, nice choice of books to read and free drinks and amenities. Safety and privacy is a value there. Have to walk a few minutes for closest restaurants but 7/11 is right inside the hotel and is very convenient. Would recommend.

I loved my stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently close to several train stations and a shopping area with plenty of affordable restaurants. Hotel is adjacent to Takeshiba station. There’s a convenience store on the 1st floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out are so easy. If you arrive before your check-in or still have time to stroll Tokyo after you check out, the luggage storage is free and very easy to use. Rooms are clean and themed rooms are awesome!
