Only one towel despite having a twin room. Also only one key. There was dirty linen laying in the hallways from cleaning service. It was hard to find any staff to help with anything. A cheap hotel but not worth even the low price.

Good location, nice little microwave in the room. Weird warning about 9000yen fine for lost hotel key card - very strange and no such demand at two other hotels we stayed. The bad = smoking rooms!! Who in 2023 even wants smoking rooms...

Room smelled like smoke and when we looked at the air filter it was filthy! Also when checking to make sure we had all of our belongings, found lots of stuff under the bed - gross! Was close to the train station was the only good thing. Also that we only had to stay one night…

The duvet covers were not changed and cleaned from previous customers, asked the full refund from hotel, only got 50% back.

It was .5 miles from Tokyo station so that worked us. Had a grocery store 1 1/2 blocks away. Don’t expect much from the front desk. Basically you are in your own. Ac in the room worked well. Bathroom was super small and compact. Hotel is pretty dated but for the price it worked out ok
