Overall a good experience, room was small so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage’s. It was very close to subways and dining area. No closet space. Hotel was very quiet and clean.
Room was great and spacious with the necessary amenities. Staff was ok but seemed to just be getting thru the day. Not the friendliest or most professional. Some days the staff was wearing sandals/slippers and casual clothes. Definitely nothing like the other hotels we used in Japan.
We had a really nice stay here, the room was very quiet, bed was comfortable (firm) and the shower was awesome. We had very little interaction with the staff one we checked in so we have no opinion on that. The only complaint would be the bathroom lighting was poor. The area is busy with lots of dining options and the metro lines are within walking distance.
