Small room which is the norm in Tokyo. Had a laundry room which was helpful. Area was less crowded and quiet. A few food/meal options around the area. Quite a long walk from Tokyo station but you can opt to take a metro which connects to the neighbourhood and from there a short walk to hotel. Overall, a good option to stay if you want to be away from the main crowd.

Great experience.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are a little small but it has everything you need. Location is great just one block away from local stores, restaurants also one train station and bus stop in front of the hotel. They cleaned our room every single day. We also got the chance to get an appointment for massages at 11pm. Check in and check out were very easy.

The hotel matched my expectations. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Check in and check out process was seamless. Our room was up on the 12th floor. Room was cozy and had all amenities available near reception. Towels were changed everyday. It's also 5 minutes walk from Kayabacho station. Overall, a great hotel to stay in.
