A caring multilingual 4 star service staff whom r also great with dogs cats .the location is excellent close to jr train grocery , 7-11. The area is an artisan hub .great eating foodie area .The staff r intelligent to make ur room changes seamless, welcoming and loving , excellent observation and minute tidying , pricing can change usually IcI becomes cheaper, so one can rebook and cancel previous more expensive rates. , the pricing is higher than most , the cafe is rather depressing as thee breakfast is light almost like a snack ,. As. It has 2 floors for dogs ..if u love canines this IcI is it . IcI has a lousy staffed sister hotel mondays..avoid that one , IcI has great welcoming House keeping but common areas in high touch areas r pretty dirty , the air filters r rather laacking in cleaning .

An excellent hotel that is very close to the Asakusa and Chuo Sobu lines. Conveniently only one stop away from Akihabara for those who are looking for electronics and anime goods to purchase. I must return here every stay going forward!

Brief stay, while arriving to Japan. Had everything you needed, easy to access from narita airport. Lots of small eateries around, easy transport, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was a great bonus. Room was your standard for that price but bed was comfortable and had all the regular/must haves. Would recommend

The rooms r cleaned with great customer welcoming but the high touch areas are lacking 3 star polish . Location and staff are 3 star plus . The breakfast. Is lacking for a laege. Hotel ..rather it's a snack Orr as they write an open sandwich breakfast .service for thee breakkfast is 3 stars . Location is right next to the west exit .turn on thee vending. Machine side. Akihabara is 750 metres west of Sobu yellow line. Best to walk it.area has grocery conbeni and foodies galore .walk east and turn left on main Street ..u find many shops and ramen places .turn right u find a luggage place called Kelly . Area is safe . Hotel is in an gem and leather artisan area. Of Tokyo . Ici has different prices with bo. oking being best priced but even their. Prices change daily .IcI is a dog cat hotel with 2 floors .dedicated .great crew . 4 star vip service . Hotels around are cheaper but if u love dogs this is the tops . Twin rooms r bigger . But o9s are smallest . If.u have a wheel chair don't go for 09,s . Hotel.com offers rewards for stays but prices r higher.

Nice location
Location is right next to jr STN, has 24 hour conbeni which needs room card, has a microwave oven, amenities except for instant coffee , drawback is noise from sobu train .theere is 2nd conbeni and superkt jusst north . Staff lackk english but a few can speak beginner English .
