Really great find in the Ginza district. Room was very clean and spacious - even had a washing machine in the room. We stayed for four nights while seeing Tokyo and really loved it.

The staff here was absolutely incredible—always ready to help with local information, hail cabs, and share great advice about the area. They treat every guest with the utmost respect and loyalty. An amazing team that truly makes you feel like royalty. The rooms are spotless and modern, equipped with plenty of kitchen supplies—even a hot plate for cooking. The shower has excellent water pressure, offering both a handheld wand and a relaxing rain option. Now, about the toilet—OMG! I never thought I’d be raving about one, but this deserves it: it washes, it dries, and it even keeps your tush warm! There’s also an in-room washer and dryer with detergent provided, which was a very pleasant surprise. A 7-Eleven sits conveniently across the street from the main entrance, and there are several nearby restaurants offering good food and a cozy atmosphere. Plus, it’s only about a 20-minute walk to Ginza Six for shopping. Overall, an outstanding stay—comfortable, convenient, and exceptionally well-run. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the stay. Room was small but nice, we love having the washer/dryer so we didn't have to pack as much. Friendly staff, everything seemed new, comfy and quiet room. Absolutely would stay again.

Small room, even though it’s considered “bigger.” Very very frustrating and probably ruined the whole trip with jet lag and kids was that there was zero windows and bringing light into the room. Location isn’t the best. Close to a station but TJ walk to main ginza area- 20 min.
