The overall stay was great. The staff was polite and helpful. As others noted, the rooms are small, but efficient. We did have some problems finding space to open luggage. The massage chairs were fantastic, though - a real welcome relief after a long day of being a tourist (although, they're a little small, so if you're tall, you might have some issues with them). The area around the hotel is a commercial district, so it was quiet on the weekends, busy (but also quiet) on the weekdays. The proximity to two 7-11s and food, and to the Ginza line, were a real plus.

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, great location, close to stations, great shower, comfortable bed (softer than other Japanese hotel beds) Cons: Very tight room (even the double/queen room), no where to open luggage, not enough surface space to put things on. Massage chair space would be better used for a luggage rack / somewhere for your things. Biggest room design flaw though is that the bathroom walls are a frosted glass not a proper wall, so if someone uses the washroom early in the morning before the other person is awake, or in the middle of the night, the bathroom lights up the ENTIRE bedroom. Will wake people up. This made no sense to me. Good for a short stay but wouldn’t be ideal for longer given the cramped rooms if you have large luggage

Great spot in Tokyo, especially if you are staying in the Chuo/Ginza area. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. My room was on the smaller side, so if you’re traveling with another person it’s something to take into consideration. There are also great restaurants nearby and also near a subway entrance. I highly recommend.

3 days mini vacay !

Location was perfect! Train station was an easy walk, not too far and there is also a station right in front of hotel where we ended up after a whole day of exploring and shopping! Room was really small, like what others were saying. But my daughter and I made it work. The provision of amenities was a nice touch!

Friendly staff. Be mindful of your room size.

The check in and check out process was fast. The staff were helpful. We only stayed one night so the size of the room didnt matter. If you care about comfort, then get a larger room. The small room can be quite tight. The location was a bit of a walk from Tokyo station but walkable if you dont mind it.
