Great stay

The front desk staff was very patient and extremely friendly. Although their English was a bit hesitant, we communicated smoothly using ChatGPT, and they carefully explained to us how to arrange luggage delivery. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a special toiletry set for children, and the adult toiletries were of excellent quality. The bathroom was very clean, with a comfortable water temperature and strong water pressure. Great morning buffet. The only small areas for improvement were that the showerhead kept rotating on its own, and the air conditioning had a fixed airflow that felt a bit too strong without an option to adjust it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the staff’s warm and attentive service.

Room is clean and quiet. Restaurant is less expensive, but foods are not so bad. Skytree & shopping moles are in front of this hotel which is very convenient. I’d like to stay here again when I visit to Tokyo, Japan.

I stayed at a hotel in Tokyo right next to the Sky Tree, and it was honestly amazing. The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel itself was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with a staff that was incredibly helpful and welcoming. It made our Tokyo experience even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is across from the sky-tree, the Oshiage train station and mall. Very convenient! The staff was friendly and kind. There is also a currency exchange by the lobby which is very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Quiet and safe area. Having the Skytree Station across the street was awesome. Every place I had to get to was about 30 minutes away. The big bonus was the grocery store on the main floor. Hotel staff were great. Very polite as well. Will be recommending the hotel.

Best location to everything you need. Great for first timers in Tokyo. Next to huge LIFE market for groceries. Next to metro, buses, and taxis. Some staff not the best. Our 6th stay here due to how much we love the location.

Hotel staff can sometimes be difficult to communicate with if you don’t have Google translate. This is our 6th time staying at the hotel because of the extremely convenient location to the metro, Disneyland direct bus, shopping, dining, and markets. Connects directly to a large LIFE market where you can buy anything you need from food to housewares. Simple, clean, but sometimes staff can be unpredictable. Breakfast buffet is the same everyday, every year. Never changes but it’s a good deal if you purchase with your stay. We will try the newer Richmond Keisi directly across from this hotel above the Kura sushi restaurant next time. This stay was a bit disappointing from prior due to how staff handled situations brought to their attention- bugs in room the first leg of our trip and second leg of trip when we returned A/C not working so we had to change rooms late at night. Despite small issues, we would still stay again due to convenience of location and all the surroundings. Location can’t be beat.
