The room is larger than a regular hotel room and included additional amenities like an ensuite washer/dryer which is convenient for longer stays. Section-L properties are kind of a mix between hotel and apartment rental: they have 24-hour front desk and many amenities, washer/drier/microwave in the room, but no cleaning service (unless you pay extra). Overall, it was a perfect fit for our needs, as rooms that will accomodate a family of four are hard to find in Tokyo hotels. We loved our stay there and would certainly come back

The hotel is situated about 10 minute walk away from popular tourist area. It is quiet, and staff are very friendly and are fluent in English. The room itself is quite spacious, and has a washer/dryer unit in the suite, which is very convenient.
