Great Location, But Disappointing Service
The hotel’s location was excellent, but that’s about where the positives ended. Our room was on the 7th floor, and the noise from the train tracks was very noticeable—especially at night, making it difficult to sleep.
Breakfast was delicious, but the service left much to be desired. The staff weren’t welcoming and often seemed dismissive. At the entrance, a sign stated that guests should present their room number and wait for assigned seating. However, after giving my room number, I was left standing awkwardly with no direction. Eventually, I had to ask, only to be told to “sit anywhere” with a vague gesture.
Additionally, the breakfast menu leaflet mentioned a promotion where leaving a review would earn a free latte. When I inquired about it, the staff member quickly dismissed it, saying, “No, no need to pay extra,” without acknowledging what was clearly written. This lack of clarity and engagement from the staff was disappointing.
Overall, while the location and breakfast were good, the noise issues and unhelpful service made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
