Nice hotel on a quiet street with great views of Tokyo Tower. Easy access to both a subway and a JR train station. We didn't have the breakfast included in our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the filtered water and the amenities (such as bath salts). Everything was clean and was exactly what we expected from the photos.

Best hotel in the area. Have been coming back to this place for a few years, and still the best. Great size and clean rooms. The staff are excellent here.
