The hotel was in a nice quiet area and was very convenient for travel to and from Haneda Airport.The hotel restaurant was very good and we enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. There were local restaurants but we did not find it easy to get something to eat. One of the sushi restaurants recommended by the hotel turned us away. We asked for our room to be cleaned everyday but it was not. There were no towel rails to dry towels and after one day our towels started to smell and they really need to be changed. On arrival we had someone meet us at the door and help with our suitcase which was a nice touch and we were offered flannels to wipe ourselves but they smelt of damp.

Breakfast was nice. Many choices. Not far from the train station. Very close to Tokyo Tower. It was nice view of Tokyo Tower from Shiba park.

Didn’t not know the parking is underground with no elevator access. A front desk manager quickly help carrying 2 big luggage’s up one flight of stairs before we even realised it. The staff are amazing.

Library hotel

We only stayed here one night, but wished we had stayed longer. The location is quiet yet close to many nice parks and restaurants, and very close to many convenient train stations. The Library theme is amazing, I loved getting to peruse the books and pick a little reading nook. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of Japanese and western options. And the staff are exceptional. We will be staying here again

A beautiful, interesting hotel with staff that more than willing to help. We stayed in a suite which was spacious. We used the laundry and made the most of free drinks and snacks.

Tiny rooms small uncomfortable beds bad experience

Tiny rooms and small uncomfortable beds, they should not accept reservations for 4 people in one room even if 2 are children. The beds barely fit one adult, they are smaller then a US twin or a single bed and they take up all the room so if you open your luggage there’s no place to walk and you have to jump over your luggage to get to the other side.

Very Uncomfortable small beds and tiny rooms

Most uncomfortable hotel with tiny rooms and small uncomfortable beds. We were a couple with 2 children and our reservation clearly stated that we are 4 guests but their tiny rooms can only hold 2 small single beds that even one person can barely fit in. Overall a very negative experience in every way.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and the decor inside the hotel was really cool! Restaurant staff working at breakfast service and at dinner were really amazing too! Very nice hotel in the quieter Minato area if you want to avoid the busier areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Walking distance to the Tokyo Tower and Hamarikyu Gardens. Only a 10 minute walk to the Hamamatsuchō Station and the Yamanote line monorail which takes you in a loop around all the main areas of Tokyo where you can see many of the key sites. Very kind, helpful and attentive staff. Great breakfast to start the day at 7am. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Highly recommend.
