We arrived early, and the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and communication was easy throughout our stay. The property is conveniently located near the train station, which made traveling around simple and hassle-free. The art themed rooms and spaces were amazing too!

We stayed at Shiba Park for 11 nights in a standard sized room with a king bed. I loved it. I would come back and not change a thing. Beautiful area with several train stations within walking distance. Always within sight of Tokyo Tower. The staff was very friendly too! Don’t forget to take some time to relax on 2F library. I don’t regret that.

I’ve stayed in a few hotels in Tokyo. So glad I found this hotel the concept of library hotel with books everywhere. Staff very helpful. Location great if you want a quiet location. Two minute walk to a busy street and a choice of three train lines within a short walk of 3-10 mins. My next trip to Tokyo this will be the first hotel I consider.

The breakfast was an issue I booked it ahead of time just the same as the the other hotels but when I arrived they said I only book one person and had to pay extra for my son. Also the food was over cooked and hard waffles

The bathroom was small with toilet separate. The toilet room had a very small sink, barely enough space to wash your hands without causing water spills on the floor. I appreciate the hotel warning us of construction noise which was not that bothersome except our room was on the 4th & our window view was a dumping site. The hotel was beautiful & offer free beverages. Complimentary snacks during certain time of the day as well.

Hotel location is absolutely the best and gives you the best bang for the buck. Stuff is very courteous and eager to help. Foreign workers speak good English and definitely better than the locals. Room is quiet and didn’t hear other guests or street noise. Bed is comfortable and AC is cold. Awesome bathroom amenities. There are a couple of things to note though.. the biggest one is size of the trash can. It’s the size of those tissue box cover and you only get a couple of them. It gets filled quickly and they only clean your room every two days. Two, the toilet room is tiny and if ur grown adult u have to cram your knees sideways. Three, furniture start to show age and there are not enough drawers to store clothes and etc. Overall, if ur on a budget and want a prime location then this is it.
