Great room for travelling with a small group. The fridge size made it nice to store beverages and food from the nearby convenience stores. The washer and dryer also allow you to pack less clothing so you have more room for souvenirs.

Great location! Staff were friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. The room is slightly larger than typical hotels in Japan so that’s a bonus.

Great value for the price. The rooms are old but kept clean and are a little bit larger than other business hotels/economic hotels in Japan. The front desk is very helpful and the cleaning persons really put effort. The location is also great, as it is 7-10 minutes away from Shinjuku Sanchome station or 15-20 minutes away from Shinjuku station. One downside is you will be in the heart of Tokyo’s entertainment district and it will be noisy throughout the night.

The room was clean, the staff were great and helpful but the hotel is getting a little bit run down. That said it was a good price, convenient and in a safe area. It was a bit noisy at night, but the noise was from the street - not the hotel’s fault. And the noise was no match for a good pair of foam earplugs.

Hotel is old; Staff did not speak English. I was disappointed when I couldn’t send my luggage to the airport with their help. There were someone else’s hair in the bathroom . Room was spacious though . Duck was a cute addition

This place was so good, I already miss it.

Very friendly staff. Willing to go the extra mile for you. They absolutely took care of my luggage forwarding. The room was very clean when I came. They provided good amenities and toiletries. Location is amazing as well. Right in the heart of Shinjuku, with excellent restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Public transportation is very close as well.

This hotel is more like a motel in a very populated area with businesses. One thing I wished I knew was that’s it’s considered in the red lights district. However, I would possibly stay here again
