Excellent Hotel with great amenities. The breakfast buffet is very good. The only thing I would say is sometimes the staff will make your bed and other times they don't. Overall it was an excellent stay.

The Ginza B is located in a nice quieter neighbourhood of Tokyo. It is convenient to travel to other areas but is a calm and pleasant area to stay. The hotel is close to upscale shopping streets and makes for a very pleasant walkable neighbourhood. We have stayed in other more hectic congested areas (Shinjuku, Asakusa) of Tokyo but I preferred the calm area of Ginza. Tokyo can be a non-stop sensory overload and I enjoyed the easy walk from the subway station to a quieter street at the end of a full day of sightseeing. Rooms were soundproof and restful. Restaurants are walking distance and Tsukiji outer market is an easy 10 minute walk for great food options. We did not book hotel breakfast but enjoyed the complimentary pancakes and latte/cappuccino machine in the lobby instead. The breakfast buffet looked uninspiring and also we wanted to save our appetites for all the amazing food options available in Tokyo. Rooms are typical tight Tokyo standards but at least the bed has room to store luggage underneath vs tripping over it. Bathroom is well appointed with deluxe shower and Japanese toilet. As a couple, I try to book higher category rooms to gain that extra square footage and extra perks to make our stay a little more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall recommend the Ginza B as a great choice for a pleasant stay in a high energy city.

We loved staying here - the room was clean and easy to navigate, and the location is perfect for exploring the Ginza area. The shower was especially fancy, so that was a big perk. Would definitely recommend to folks traveling to Tokyo wanting a nice place to stay for a few nights.

Ceiling pipe bursted out while i was sleeping

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding my recent stay at THE B GINZA, specifically the traumatic and unsafe experience I encountered during my time in room 715 (i’m not so sure anymore) on Jan 3rd to Jan 4th. Around 4:00 AM, I was abruptly awoken to the alarming sound of a burst pipe hole in the ceiling directly above my bed. As the cover of the pipe hole fell off, I was left in a state of sheer panic and terror. Although I was fortunate that the cover did not fall directly onto me, I was covered with a significant amount of dust that fell directly onto my face and into my bedding. This incident was not only a shocking and frightening experience, but it also left me physically uncomfortable and emotionally distressed. After immediately contacting hotel staff, they arrived to assess the situation. While they did move me to another room, I was never offered a single apology, nor was there any acknowledgment of the distress this caused. The staff did perform a basic cleanup, but there was no effort made to ensure my well-being or to compensate for the distress I endured. To make matters worse, there was no further communication or courtesy extended to me, even during check-out the following morning. As a paying guest, I expect a high standard of service, safety, and customer care. Instead, I was subjected to an experience that not only disrupted my stay but left me feeling disregarded and uncomfortable.
