Our stay was awesome! The room is clean and staff especially at reception are very helpful. The location of the hotel is close to train station, a mall, Family mart and restaurants. This is our second stay with Tmark and we’ll stay again here next year.

We were fortunate to have an upgrade the second stay. What a difference it made to our experience as we had so much more room to relax in after a long day. Staff remain friendly and professional. They offer breakfast but are very busy when tour groups are busy ones to eat. They highlight off peak times to avoid the line up. We also found more eating option 10-15 min walk towards Aomori Station. It was a very convenient location. Close to train that has an overpass and elevator a few steps from the hotel.

ベッドも寝心地良くて清潔で良かったです。コンビニもすぐ隣にあるのでとても便利。 ベッドの下に腕時計が落ちていました。フロントに届けましたのでもしこのホテルに泊まった方で無くされた方は問い合わせしてみてください。 時計が持ち主の方に戻る事を心から祈ってます。 Very comfortable bed and room is very clean. Close to station and convenience store is next to. We found a watch underneath the bed so we returned to front desk. We hope the watch returned to the owner soon.

I had a wonderful experience at Tmark City Hotel Tokyo Omori. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room is quite spacious, but the soundproofing is poor. I stayed for two nights and was woken up around 5–6 a.m. every day because of the noise. The location is convenient and the facilities are new, but the cleanliness is not good.

Room was very clean. Staff were very professional and courteous. Restaurant menu needs a bit more variety. Also the train station nearby had limited trains coming through so next station is a better option when travelling.
