Beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and safe. There were plenty of toiletries should you have forgotten anything. There were also pajamas and slippers for everyone in the room. The breakfast package was well worth it and I recommend adding it!

We decided to stay here since it was close to Disney and the excellent reviews. The customer service was good for most of our stay. We tend to choose hotels over Airbnb options in order to dine inside the hotel. The breakfast is a must and we enjoyed it, every morning. On our 2nd night we wanted to have dinner in the hotel but it was closed for the evening. On our 3rd night we did have a lovely meal but the customer service was lacking. The waitstaff brought the check towards the end of our dinner which looked like an itemized invoice with no where to sign. Since hotels normally charge my card on file I didn’t think much of it and we went to our room and fell asleep after an all day tour and dinner, we were exhausted. At 10pm someone, I’m assuming the hostess of the restaurant called our room and woke us up and told me I had to go downstairs and pay the dinner bill. That was extremely unnecessary and rude. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The room was clean and big! They cleaned the room every day we were there. The amenities was great especially the relaxing spas. Had the breakfast and was very good food and service was great. The only negative was it is a bit farther out to downtown Tokyo. The subway is about 15mins and only one line but the walk to the trains when in Tokyo takes 15mins. So lots of walking to get around.

Staffs are friendly, ideal location for families going to Disneyland & DisneySea. Hotel not close shopping nor there are choices for food. Note that I believed three stop on the JE or JM train to both Disney resorts. Train station only half short block from hotel.
