The room was clean, I was given a welcome gift. The staff were super nice and helped with any questions I had. It was easy to get around as there was a metro really close by. The room felt homely and the area the hotel was in felt safe

We have sent numerous emails which have gone unanswered regarding items left behind. It is quite upsetting to know that they have our possessions and won’t return our emails to organise their return, which we are happy to pay the cost of shipping. This is thieving. The beds were uncomfortable. We woke up with aches and pains each day. The restaurant had no idea how to deal with allergies. Their menu clearly identified the allergens in each meals, yet they would the claim that items we wanted to order were also inclusive of unidentified allergens. We were told the fries contained nuts and shellfish. The first visit was great, but then when we wanted to reorder the same meals on the second visit, they claimed they were full of allergens. It was quite confusing. There were also positives. Its location is brilliant. The size of the rooms and cleanliness was excellent. The reception staff were helpful. Would I stay there again? Yes for location and room size. But their lack of communication when you try and seek your lost possessions has left a sour taste. And I wouldn’t bother with the restaurant. To the hotel - I would appreciate you getting in contact with me please so you can return my items.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. It was our honeymoon trip and our first time traveling internationally. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. They have an amazing restaurant and even a konbini in the hotel. Room was extremely clean, spacious, great view, and 2 minute walk to the train station. When I come back to Tokyo, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is really good. The breakfast was incredible and kept us full all day, so many options that I have no idea what else you could possibly want, and it was delicious and better quality than other breakfast included options we stayed at. The bath is a nice option that we didn’t think we’d use and ended up really enjoying! The location was an issue for us. If you are going places other than Disneyland, it is not convenient and you will often have to transfer multiple times by subway to get anywhere (vs. Other locations in Tokyo where you can often take one or two subways) and there is also very little nearby in terms of restaurants, markets, stores, etc. Feels deserted compared to some other neighborhoods (on the plus side though, it was relatively very quiet).
