The room was in a disgusting state of cleanliness and the accommodation was significantly overpriced. Upon entering the room, it was clear the en-suite bathroom had not been cleaned adequately as there were empty shampoo and body wash bottles that were left from the previous occupants. I would not recommend this accommodation nor stay there again. Absolutely dreadful.

Had 2 bedroom apartment. Double bed too small, had to request roll away bed at extra cost. Only 1 small bathroom for 3 adults, most inconvenient. Staff helpful. Could do with a renovation with screens on windows, new carpet and a/c. Parking good. Location excellent.

Room was very tired & in need of renovation: carpet was torn; handles on the bathroom vanity were rusted; carpet joins at bathroom were rotting. On the positive side, check in went smoothly-staff member was friendly & informative; room was clean & towels were fluffy; bed was comfortable; location to restaurants & The Empire was really handy.

Room was in a very bad way - old, smelly and in need of a refit. Carpet was lifting, bathroom fixtures rusty and in need of attention. The whole unit smelt musty, and wasn't really fit for purpose at $500+ a night. Staff on check in were lovely. But could not stay here again. This was our last visit.

Very average, rooms/bathrooms need alot of work. First room smelt so bad of cigarette smoke, we were given another room which was good but the shower screen was broken in that room. We didn’t even bother asking for a 3rd room. Pool, spa, gym and one lift were out of service no prior warning before booking. Good location could walk to every thing.

Run down

The property and room were run down. Mold on chairs. The curtains in the room I was given and a replacement room I was offered did not cover the entirety of the window. I wouldn't stay here again.
