We had business in Lawrence KS. There were no motels available. The gentleman at Motel 6 in North Lawrence offered to check surrounding areas. That was Topeka. We appreciated that.

Carpets and chairs needs cleaning.

The stay was quick over nite. No info on ice machines. Carpet and chair cushions are stained. Otherwise stay was average..thank you

A real value for a clean stay!

This is an older place to stay that the owners and managers are obviously putting care and attention into. Sheets were clean, carpet was clean. Rooms are dated but again clean and painted. If you need a decent bed and shower check this place out. No frills-low cost- and clean.

2024 Big MC Ride

The most bare bones motel I've ever stayed in. No ice machine, no coffee in room or lobby. Property was rundown and in a sketchy part of town. would not stay again.
