Good but…

Landed late so decided to stay in the area before go into downtown core. Everything was good except the shuttle. Shuttle service itself was superb but the driver I met was quite aggressive and kinda rude. Not handling luggage carefully, ended up damaging my luggage. Didn’t realize it till checked into the room. But too late to complain… well.. guess time for a new one. Other than that it was good.

I really feel that this location sets the benchmark for customer experience in a saturated industry. I typically chose more expensive hotel chains that have disappointed recently. This location and the team exceeded all expectations at a very reasonable price. WELL DONE!

Only stayed overnight, the only think I was unhappy about was the breakfast which was o.k thats all. The coffee was only warm, one of the sausages was too hard to cut, microwaved too much ?, no follow up by staff i.e how is everything would you like more coffee etc. The meal was included in price so this message is to let management know they should keep an eye on foodquality.
