Horrible experience

Had to switch rooms because the first one was extremely hot and even after they sent a maintenance guy it got worse. The room kept getting hotter. The second room was not much better. They also over charged my credit card without authorization which is ridiculous. Overall horrible stay from a hotel i have stayed at many times. I will not be booking again!
