The Staff was very attentive from the start and when I voiced displeasure about the room during check in, they immediately fixed the issue. The Staff constantly asked how the stay was and if there was anything they can do to help. The location was awesome - you can walk to just about any tourist attractions downtown. The bar downstairs and the rooftop restaurant are fancy and get pretty crowded at night. The suite was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff on site one above and beyond to make my birthday special. Jenna at the front desk, arranged dinner brunch and had cake and champagne delivered to my room. There was some hiccoughs with the reservations, but the manager Karan took care of everything to ensure we enjoyed our meal at Kost. Rob— The manager of Kost also went above and beyond due to some miscommunication with the reservation and gave us a beautiful table with view and complimentary champagne as a goodwill gesture. The hotel amenities were amazing and the staff made everything that much better with how we were treated during our entire stay. I would also like to thank Keith our valet guy who took care of all of our luggage and provided efficient service upon check in/out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning in the summer to enjoy the beautiful rooftop pool.
