Dear Guest, We regret to hear that you did not enjoy our furnished apartment. Perhaps you could have reach out to our associate (who is at the building every day from 3 pm onwards), and our associate would have shown you how to use the washer and dryer and could have brought over to your apartment an upgraded mattress for the pull out loveseat.
