The stay was okay. The room was pretty hairy The towel racks were damaged, the smoke alarm had a facial tissue covering the light and sensor, despite asking the night before, we didn’t receive a wake up call and a cab was not called for us as promised. This is not usual for this hotel as it’s our Toronto jump off go to.

We loved our stay, they were capable of letting us in earlier, very nice, polite, made the check in very easy. The hotel was really clean, close to stores, quiet place. This will definitely be our go to hotel for future trips to Toronto
