I wasn't happy the original room I had booked.The one bedroom was not ready until after five thirty p m upon arrival, thank God, we had booked the second room as I had 2 small children with me that needed food in the restaurant in the hotel. It's not something to brag about the food. It was not good. The cocktails were not good. The hours were not good.There is nothing for children and that hotel should have a continental breakfast, detached for families

We always stay at this location because it’s close to our friend’s place. It’s convenient with shopping mall, restaurant close by and staff are friendly and polite. Bed is extremely comfortable, room temperature is always perfect. One small thing I found that can be improved (based on my multiple time experiences ) is the washroom sink draining. I recommend this hotel and will be staying here again next time. CJIH

The parking feels secure and it has lots of spaces. Only that many spots are weird that where the car is parked, there are building structures too close to the door making it difficult to open.

The hotel was generally clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful—special thanks to the person who checked us in, they made us feel very welcome. However, the property is a bit dated. We also found the pillows had a noticeable smell, and there were crumbs on the bed sheet, which affected our comfort. With better housekeeping and some updates, it could be a much better stay.
